Why Emotional Intelligence is Integral to Professionalism

The MCNP has joined with other State NP Associations throughout the Country to present a webinar on why emotional intelligence is integral to the NP profession.

Emotional Intelligence is a core concept that provides an understanding that strengthens morale-building, productivity,  self-care,  personal and professional relationships, understanding and articulating critical and crucial conversations, and more.

Emotional Intelligence is a key characteristic of effective leaders and central to personal and professional growth.

This presentation will provide you with an overview of emotional intelligence in leadership, apply concepts to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and pave the way for you to take stock and invest in your emotional intelligence.

• Discuss Emotional Intelligence in leadership and mentorship and highlight the importance of crucial conversations.
