This webinar will focus on the effects of stress, causes of burnout, “extreme self-care” and benefits of being a healthy role model/ healthy patient. Mimi received her DNP degree in 2015 from Rocky Mountain University, Provo, Utah and in July 2018 entered her first body building competition where she placed #2 in the over 55 age group. As the author of the international best seller " Debut a New You: Transforming Your Life at Any Age," Mimi is in business with her daughter as “Coach Kat and Dr Mimi” providing online programs helping NPs to become Healthy and Fit.
