We invite you to join us via Zoom for our inaugural Journal Club meeting on Monday, November 4th, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
As we discuss "A Systematic Review of Outcomes Related to Nurse Practitioner-Delivered Primary Care for Multiple Chronic Conditions," we will examine the impact of Nurse Practitioner (NP) care models on patients with multiple chronic conditions (MCCs), comparing NP-led care to models without NP involvement.
