Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Rangeley, Maine

Rangeley Family Medicine (www.RangeleyCHC.org) seeks a full time (5 days/week) Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills plus 5 years’ experience in a family practice setting are required. The selected candidate will provide outpatient medical care to individuals and families of all ages in our NCQA certified Patient-Centered Medical Home with integrated behavioral health services. Rangeley serves 1,300 residents and visitors each year ranging from newborns to retirees and is one of eleven practices of HealthReach Community Health Centers.

Job responsibilities:

Engage patients in improving their wellbeing.

Participate in a team of clinicians serving a network of 11 family practices.

Serve people of all ages and economic situations.

Develop a common treatment plan with behavioral clinicians to address physical/behavioral needs.

Compensation

Competitive salary and benefit package

Sign-on bonus - $7,500

Continuing education: $2,500 - 1 week per year

PTO - 272 hours annually ~ Paid relocation

Practice Details: 5-day week ~ 40 hours per week
