Rewarding opportunity to practice in a weekday outpatient primary care clinic serving a culturally diverse patient population.

• Care for your own patient panel and lead your team – a dedicated RN and Medical Assistant – to provide quality care to patients of all ages in Providence, Rhode Island.
• Collaborate with other clinicians, including integrated behavioral health counselors, clinical pharmacists, nurse case managers, specialists, and community health advocates to provide the best care.
• Full-time schedule includes 4 clinic days, 1 admin day (remote)

Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Qualifications and Skills: 

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner; RN and Family Nurse Practitioner training from accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3+ years’ of experience in primary care
• Passion for community health and patient-centered care
• Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
