Posted on 4/27/2021

Last evening, the MCNP concluded its Special Meeting in Lieu of the Annual Meeting of the Members with votes to amend the MCNP Articles of Organization and elect incoming officers.

The primary purpose for adoption of Restated Articles of Organization is to create a more workable governance structure so that the MCNP can effectively manage the operations of the organization and advance work to update the MCNP bylaws so they are consistent with current practices.

We are excited to welcome our new President, Treasurer and Corresponding Secretary who will assume their offices on May 6th, 2021.
