Following the adoption of Restated Articles of Organization that were approved during a special meeting of MCNP voting members in April 2021, the MCNP Executive and Bylaws Committees have been working over the past year to update the MCNP bylaws.
These changes are needed to make our bylaws consistent with current operations and to help us remain compliant with state and federal laws related to our 501(c)(6) non-profit status.
As required by our current bylaws, the MCNP Board of Directors will hold a special meeting in 60 days for a formal vote to accept and adopt the revisions as proposed.
A redlined copy of the bylaws with proposed changes has been posted to the MCNP website.
